dreaming up a storm

The dreams I'm having are really starting to mess with my reality. they are so real feeling and I'm not sure if its because i have been reading and my imagination is in full swing or what but I'm ready for them to stop. I'm tired of coming in contact with people i would rather not think about and I'm tired of waking up unrested. it's like i have been running and gunning all night long. i even woke up this morning sore. I'm not sure what to do, all i know is that i need REST!!
